937 Precision Roofing & Exterior provides professional roofing, siding, gutter, deck, fence, and exterior services in Dayton, Ohio and surrounding areas within a 45-mile radius.
All services are subject to availability, site assessment, and a written or verbal estimate provided prior to work beginning. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.
Estimates & Pricing
We provide free on-site estimates prior to any work beginning. All pricing is clearly communicated upfront — your quoted price is your final cost unless the scope of work changes materially from what was assessed during the estimate.
If unforeseen conditions are discovered during the job that significantly affect the scope of work (such as hidden deck damage, structural issues, or conditions not visible during the initial estimate), we will notify you before proceeding with any additional work and provide a revised estimate for your approval.
No additional work will begin without your explicit agreement. We do not charge for estimates.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the job start date. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee. Accounts past due may be subject to collection proceedings and any associated costs.
Customer Responsibilities
By requesting our services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the property owner or have explicit authorization from the property owner to authorize roofing or exterior work
- You have disclosed all known structural issues, prior repairs, or conditions on or near the work area that may affect the job
- You have obtained any required permits from local municipalities prior to work beginning, where applicable
- Access to the property will be available as agreed upon at the time of scheduling
937 Precision Roofing & Exterior is not liable for damage resulting from undisclosed pre-existing conditions or structural deficiencies not visible during the estimate.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a job, please notify us as soon as possible. We ask for at least 24 hours notice when possible.
We reserve the right to reschedule jobs due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.
SMS & Email Communications
